• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and audits
• Lead the financial reporting team responsible for filings of the 10-K and 10-Q and disclosures
• Contribute to the earning release process
Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of public accounting and private industry experience required
• Exceptional technical GAAP expertise coupled with a demonstrated analytical skill set
• Experienced with SEC financial reporting requirements and process
• Documented leadership of a timely and accurate consolidation and close for a F1000 size firm
• Strong communication and well documented leadership skills
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements resulting in efficiencies and accuracy in the close and reporting
• MBA or MS strongly preferred
• Prior Big-4 Public Accounting experience required, with CPA strongly preferred
